1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and td999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered on td999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. Continued use of td999 following any update or amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and td999.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use td999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

td999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide valid documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

Creating an account on td999 is free of charge. Each player is permitted to maintain only one registered account. Upon registration, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

Account Security Obligations

You agree to take all reasonable steps to keep your td999 account secure. This includes:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other platform or service.
• Never sharing your login credentials (username or password) with any third party, including family members.
• Notifying td999 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Account Verification (KYC)

td999 may require you to complete an identity verification process before processing withdrawals or when there are grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. Verification documents typically include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and — where applicable — proof of payment method ownership. All documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

td999 supports a range of payment methods suited to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other local bank transfers. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Policy

• Processing times vary by method: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 1-4 hours; bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

td999 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Each promotional offer will specify its own minimum deposit requirement, eligible games, wagering requirement (rollover), and expiry date.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash unless the associated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• td999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice where circumstances require it.
• Attempting to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through multi-accounting or collusion — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to permanent account suspension.

td999 is not liable for any loss that arises from a player's failure to read or understand bonus terms prior to claiming an offer. It is the player's responsibility to review applicable terms before accepting any bonus.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game category is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the relevant game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before participating.

Our platform upholds fair play through the following standards:

• Sports betting odds are set by experienced traders and may change in real time up to the moment of event commencement or closure of a betting market.

• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, the outcome will be determined by the server-side game state at the time of disconnection.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on td999. Violation of any of these rules may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on td999, whether in your own name or under false identities.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or with Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or software bugs on the Platform to generate winnings not legitimately earned.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your td999 account.

td999 employs industry-standard fraud detection measures and actively monitors accounts for suspicious behaviour. Players found to be in breach of these prohibitions will have their accounts closed and all associated winnings voided.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure a reliable and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, td999 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall td999, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failures or service interruptions. Our total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

td999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of td999 after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and request closure of your account by contacting our support team.

12. Contact & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all matters relating to your use of td999 shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law. td999 operates as an international platform and makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
